They provide great detail to make sure you have all the information you need to pass the exam and even allow you to write in clues or re-word the answers where you feel necessary.

Very helpful, but not conducive to "flash" memorization

These have been a huge help in my studying for the CEM exam. I needed a place to start and they are helping me explore one topic at a time to review what I already know and fill in where I can improve. Having said that, they aren't "flash cards" in the traditional sense as each one contains a dense paragraph on the back, not conducive to "flash" memorization or review. I still highly recommend them as they are helping me tackle this huge body of knowledge in bite-sized chunks, but it would be hard to have a friend quiz you on such dense topics with paragraph-long answers.
